Terms & Conditions

Payment and Fare Structure

• RPT customers can park for free up to 12 hours, provided the same DARB card is used for both bus or metro services. After 12 hours, a fee of 10 SAR per hour will apply.
• Customers accessing the Park & Ride (P&R) facility Solely for parking will be charged 10 SAR per hour.
• A maximum daily fee of 130 SAR will be applied.
• Payment will be deducted from the DARB card wallet at exit.
• If the DARB card is lost, customers must purchase an exit ticket at the P&R booth, with payment due upon exit. Management is not responsible for lost cards. A fee of 260 SAR may apply for a lost card. Please keep your DARB card safe.

Accessibility

• A valid DARB card is required to access the Park & Ride (P&R) facility.
• Only DARB cards are accepted; app QR codes and bank cards are not permitted.
• Access will be denied without a valid DARB card, unless the customer purchases one at the Ticket Vending Station (TVS) at the entrance.

Parking Regulations

• Speed limit inside the facility is 10 km/h.
• Parking for motorcycles, scooters, trailers, and bicycles is prohibited.
• The facility is open 24/7, but access aligns with metro station operating hours.
• A 15-minute pick-up/drop-off period is free of charge.
• Vehicles may be parked for up to 48 hours without prior consent. Exceeding this limit will get the car towed.
• Customers must comply with all terms and rules at the Park & Ride (P&R) site, adhere to relevant laws, and follow any instructions from the operator’s staff or security. They are prohibited from:
  • Parking in restricted or designated areas (reserved, staff-only, no parking zones, or spaces for reduced mobility).
  • Obstructing other vehicles or occupying multiple spaces.
  • Park outside of line-marked parking spaces, across multiple parking slots, or in the corridors/entry/exit lanes.
  • Using the facility for anything other than parking.
  • Engage in any commercial activity, including but not limited to offering, distributing, selling, or renting goods or services, without written approval from the RCRC.
  • Holding events or placing structures without written consent.
  • Parking vehicles for sale or displaying „for sale“ signs.
  • Creating graffiti or unauthorized stickers, taking photos, smoking, or leaving waste outside designated bins.
  • Remain in their vehicle longer than necessary to park. Once parked, customer must turn off lights and engine and exit the facility.
  • Conducting vehicle repairs or tampering with parking systems.
  • Tamper with any parking systems, including access control and surveillance.
