Construction work has started on a major new hotel and apartments complex in the Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh, developer Dur Hospitality has announced.
Under the patronage of Prince Faisal bin Bandar, Dur Hospitality celebrated laying the foundation stone of the Riyadh Marriott Hotel Diplomatic Quarter and Marriott Executive Apartments Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter.
The project is expected to be completed in two years for a total cost of SR259 million ($69 million).
The hotel will be a 5-star, fully-serviced property standing on a 25,000 sq m plot of land, with 80 rooms and 140 executive apartments. More info
